Leasing launched in September 2021 for Citizen Linden, a luxury rental community offering 234 stylish rental residences, a curated collection of modern lifestyle amenities, and an enclosed 292-space parking garage ideally located next to the Linden train station. Residents are just a short walk from Wood Avenue, downtown Linden’s main artery of shops, restaurants, and markets, and about a 40-minute train ride from New York Penn Station.

Accurate brings the Citizen collection's signature blend of urban living and curated amenities from residential concept to a community center imagined for the modern needs of a transit-friendly and rapidly redeveloping Newark, NJ. Combining retail, fitness, dining, and transit opportunities in a singular collection of shared indoor & outdoor spaces, this new center of culture and connections is slated to bring 4,200 residential units, over 100,000 square feet of commercial space, and up to 3,000 parking spaces to a central location offering seamless transitions. This former Bears Stadium grounds represents 12 acres of transformation located at 450 Broad Street in Newark, developed by Accurate Builders and designed by Ian Bader Architects.

Accurate Builders launched leasing in May 2021 for The Crossings at Raritan Station, a highly anticipated luxury rental community located just steps from the Raritan, New Jersey train station. The multi-family community delivered a collection of 256 studio, one- and two-bedroom rental residences and a full suite of indoor and outdoor amenities to a commuter-friendly location within the borough. The debut of The Crossings was considered a game changer for Raritan, a quiet suburban town with excellent public schools that borders Somerville’s vibrant downtown, along NJ TRANSIT’s Raritan Valley line. Accurate is playing an integral role in transforming the former Military Ocean Terminal in Bayonne, NJ into a premier lifestyle destination that will cement Bayonne’s place among other celebrated New Jersey Gold Coast locations. The 103-acre peninsula that juts out into New York Harbor was formerly a base for both The United States Army and the Navy and is now being reborn as a waterfront destination comprising residential, retail, restaurants, commercial space, and recreation. Accurate’s contribution to the massive mixed-use redevelopment effort centers on the residential front with the development of Citizen Bayonne, a 651-unit rental complex. Offering views of the renowned Bayonne Golf Club across an inlet of New York Harbor, the rental residences will be housed in two five-story buildings that will include an 820-space enclosed parking garage. The community will also feature 20,000 square feet of lifestyle amenities highlighted by a resort-style swimming pool that overlooks the golf course. It will be just steps from a planned Ferry Terminal with service to Manhattan and will offer easy access to the NJ TRANSIT Hudson-Bergen Light Rail.

Accurate is bringing luxury rental living to the burgeoning Passaic County township of Little Falls, where a 185-unit residential community is currently under construction. With an anticipated delivery of Winter, 2023, Citizen Little Falls will offer luxury renters an amenity-rich lifestyle punctuated by a location near mass transit and Route 80, Route 46, and other major highways. Amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness and aerobic center with virtual training technology, a community room, outdoor courtyards, and a lobby lounge with beverage bar were designed for resident convenience and enjoyment. Apartments will offer high-end finishes and a variety of layouts to select from, including in-home office options. Residents can walk to the Little Falls train station and to a variety of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars in the community’s downtown.

A new community featuring 60 multi-story townhomes and 220 luxury rental residences. Construction will begin in fall 2021. The project, known as The Residences at Mountainview, is situated on a 76-acre development site at 180-181 Mountain View Boulevard less than one mile from an entrance to Route 78, four miles from the Route 78/287 exchange. It is proximate to several major employers in the pharmaceutical, medical, and telecommunications industries, as well as lifestyle attractions such as restaurants, shopping centers, and golf courses. It will offer home buyers and renters a rare opportunity to live in one of the most desirable regions of the state, in a town with a highly-rated school system, a pleasant blend of suburban and rural landscapes, and no comparable product available within a ten-mile radius.

Sitework is underway for this new collection of 325 luxury rental residences, with construction to commence in fall 2021. The approved development calls for two four-story buildings of 162 and 163 units respectively. Residences will be construction on top of a ground level parking garage, and the property will feature an open courtyard with a pool area and multiple amenity areas for passive recreation. One of the highlights of the property will be its location in well-connected Parsippany, at the nexus of Route 80, Route 287, Route 202 and Route 46, about one mile from the Mountain Lakes train station. Parsippany’s Whole Foods grocer is just a few minutes’ drive away. The property is also a short drive from a number of parks, lakes, golf courses and major employment centers. Downtown Morristown is about a 10-minute drive away, offering more than 150 restaurants, bars, boutique shops, sidewalk cafes and cultural destinations.

A new community that will deliver 147 luxury rental residences and much-needed affordable housing to the charming Bergen County borough of Emerson. Construction will commence in fall 2021. The brand-new community will boast a number of exciting features, including street-level retail, modern interior spaces, rooftop amenities with courtyard seating, a state-of-the-art fitness center, club room and more. The project aims to help revitalize downtown Emerson’s central business district and provide a new housing type for local residents to take advantage of, as well as an attractive residential option for New York City commuters living the transit-oriented lifestyle.

Accurate is re-imagining a dilapidated and underutilized industrial site in New Brunswick, NJ into a new mixed-use destination comprising 660 residential units and 172,000 square feet of retail space. Accurate was selected by the New Brunswick Department of Planning, Community and Economic Development to execute its vision of transforming an area along Jersey Avenue into a walkable environment with quality housing and community-oriented retail providers that meet market demand and maximize the convenience of mass transit. Accurate’s successful track record for working with municipalities to conceive, execute and complete critical redevelopment projects led to its selection as Redeveloper of this important site in one of New Jersey’s most prominent cities. Known as a mid-size city with the trappings of a big city, New Brunswick is home to Rutgers University and pharmaceutical giants Johnson & Johnson and Bristol-Meyers Squibb. Centrally located between Philadelphia and New York City, New Brunswick houses two train stations served by NJ TRANSIT and Amtrak. Strong cultural offerings include numerous performing arts theaters, an eclectic dining scene, and a burgeoning arts landscape.

Accurate announced its acquisition of The Crossings at Fairfield Metro, a fully approved, mixed-use development site at the Metro North train station in Fairfield, Connecticut. 

The transit-oriented project will be developed on a 23.88-acre parcel adjacent to the Metro North train station, with frontage on Ash Creek providing access to the Long Island Sound. Approvals are in place for 357 apartments, a 118-key hotel, 70,000 sq. ft. of office and 40,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The location is bordered by open space with walking trails and within walking distance to restaurant row in Black Rock and the nearby Whole Foods and CVS anchored shopping center. The highly affluent town of Fairfield benefits from expanding enrollment at Sacred Heart University and Fairfield University.

Site work commenced in March 2021 for the retail component which is part of the redevelopment of Colgate Palmolive’s former Distribution Center campus. The site is currently being transformed into an impactful lifestyle center development comprising residential, retail, commercial, and open space.
