A new community that will deliver 147 luxury rental residences and much-needed affordable housing to the charming Bergen County borough of Emerson. Construction will commence in fall 2021. The brand-new community will boast a number of exciting features, including street-level retail, modern interior spaces, rooftop amenities with courtyard seating, a state-of-the-art fitness center, club room and more. The project aims to help revitalize downtown Emerson’s central business district and provide a new housing type for local residents to take advantage of, as well as an attractive residential option for New York City commuters living the transit-oriented lifestyle.
