Accurate is developing 9 buildings comprising 144,000 SF of retail space within the Morris Marketplace in Morristown, NJ. Site work commenced in March 2021 for the retail component which is part of the redevelopment of Colgate Palmolive’s former Distribution Center campus. The site is currently being transformed into an impactful lifestyle center development comprising residential, retail, commercial, and open space.
